Torsion springs manufactured at our plant

are made according to carefully selected forces, which results in a very uniform increase in the spring’s torque, which is an important element of its correct operation.

The basic parameters of the torsion spring required for its manufacture:

  • C = spring constant
  • M = spring torque
  • α = spring arm angle
  • L = arm length

Please refer to our catalogs which contain springs complying with DIN 2194 standards. In addition, we also manufacture springs in accordance with the dimensions and drawing requirements.
The steel used in the production of the torsion spring is selected according to customer requirements and appropriately for the working conditions of the spring. These are the most commonly used materials for springs:

  • High-carbon spring steel EN 10270-1-SH (working temperature from -40 to +120°C)
  • Spring stainless steel EN 10270-3-1.4310 (working temperature from -150 to +250°C)
  • Acid-resistant spring steel EN 10270-3-1.4401 (working temperature from -200 to +300°C)
