Leaf springs

Leaf springs made at our plant meet the highest requirements

in machine manufacture and design. The main products in the field of Leaf springs are five leaf springs and seven leaf springs, i.e., reinforced springs. Leaf springs are designed to carry the highest loads and yet last as long as possible. Leaf springs manufactured at our plants are made solely from materials produced in European Union countries.

• Carbon spring steel 1.0605
• Carbon spring steel C75S
• Carbon spring steel 1.1248
• Carbon spring steel C85

Careful heat treatment of the springs using the above materials characterizes our leaf springs with very high elasticity and deformation strength. The working temperature of our leaf springs can exceed 120 degrees Celsius.

In addition, all leaf springs are painted in RAL 9005.
